From the first contact with Jason Hardin to the last conversation with him once the job was done, it was obvious by his spirit, communication, eye contact, and general presentation that he is trustworthy, knows what he is doing, and devoted to doing the job only and exactly as it should be done. I carefully watch for attention to detail, quality of work, excellence of service, honest communication, and respect for the customer and his or her property and special requests. I observed during our first conversation that Jason Hardin is devotedly committed to each of these. For one example, as I toured him around the exterior of our house, I didn't have to tell him about being careful to avoid stepping on my wife's many, many special landscape plants; rather, he called my attention to them and commented that he would protect them because he knows how much they are valued. Jason in fact was careful throughout the completion of the job to ensure that the landscape plants were in no way damaged. Finally, I rarely hire anyone to do work for me and then not periodically (or even the whole time) look over their shoulder to ensure that the work is done well and "right." Never from the beginning did I feel that I had to monitor Jason's work! The job took four full days and not once did I "check up on him." Rather, he kept me posted throughout the job process about his progress and any potential issues, problems, or needs. I simply stayed in the house and worked without concern on my own priorities. I couldn't be more pleased with Jason's work and the communications he maintained with me throughout the job start to finish. I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend Jason Hardin for any job you have for which he provides you a proposal. You won't have to worry at all about the quality of his work or his integrity. You will also likely gain a new friend whom you can heartily recommend to others.
